Abrar Ahmad is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Federal City Rehabilitation Clinic (FCRC) and a highly accomplished Clinical Psychologist and Addiction Therapist with over 8 years of extensive experience in mental health and rehabilitation services. He is dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and strong clinical leadership.
He holds a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology, an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a strong academic foundation in clinical, social, and community psychology. His clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and the application of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Abrar Ahmad specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders, including addiction to methamphetamine (ice), cannabis, alcohol, heroin, and prescription medications. As an Addiction Therapist, he focuses on structured rehabilitation programs, relapse prevention strategies, behavioral modification, and long-term recovery planning. In addition, he has strong clinical expertise in managing depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anger-related issues, and behavioral disturbances.

With direct clinical experience of treating more than 3,000 patients, he has developed a deep understanding of complex psychological conditions and recovery pathways. His practical exposure across diverse cases enables him to deliver effective, patient-centered care with measurable outcomes.
Throughout his professional journey, Abrar Ahmad has worked in reputable hospitals and psychological organizations and has also served as a Lecturer at Swat University, contributing to academic excellence and professional training. He has supervised more than 50 intern psychologists, demonstrating strong leadership, mentorship, and clinical supervision skills.

Abrar Ahmad is also internationally connected in the field of psychology. He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy and a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, reflecting his commitment to maintaining global standards of professional excellence and continuous professional development.
