Abrar Ahmad is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Federal City Rehabilitation Clinic (FCRC) and a highly accomplished Clinical Psychologist and Addiction Therapist with over 8 years of extensive experience in mental health and rehabilitation services. He is dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and strong clinical leadership.
He holds a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology, an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a strong academic foundation in clinical, social, and community psychology. His clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and the application of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
Abrar Ahmad specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders, including addiction to methamphetamine (ice), cannabis, alcohol, heroin, and prescription medications.
