Xanax (Alprazolam)
Xanax is the brand name for alprazolam, a benzodiazepine medication prescribed for anxiety and panic disorders. It works by enhancing the effect of GABA, the brain’s primary inhibitory neurotransmitter, producing sedation, relaxation, and relief from anxiety.

How Xanax and Tramadol Affect the Mind and Body
Psychological Effects
