Dr Kifayat Ullah

Dr. Kifayat Ullah is a highly accomplished and distinguished medical professional, holding an MBBS degree, a PhD in Public Health, and a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), complemented by specialized training and fellowship in Field Epidemiology. He is registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) under Registration No. 16141-N.

With a strong academic foundation and extensive field experience, Dr. Kifayat Ullah possesses exceptional expertise in public health, disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and advanced health data analysis and interpretation. His academic qualifications, particularly his MPH degree, have further strengthened his expertise in healthcare management, rehabilitation planning, and the implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies.

Dr. Kifayat Ullah previously served as a Public Health Coordinator in District Swat, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing community-based health initiatives. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to strengthening disease surveillance systems, improving reporting mechanisms, and enhancing public health response at the district level.

Currently, he is serving as a Control Room Leader at the National Institute of Health (NIH), Pakistan, where he is actively involved in national-level health monitoring, emergency preparedness, outbreak response, and data-driven decision-making processes. His role is critical in coordinating timely responses to public health threats and ensuring efficient communication across health systems.

In addition to his public health contributions, Dr. Kifayat Ullah is also serving as a Medical Advisor and Director at Federal City Rehabilitation Clinic (FCRC), Islamabad. In this capacity, he provides strategic leadership in clinical management, rehabilitation services, and program development. His expertise in management and rehabilitation plays a key role in enhancing patient care standards, particularly in the treatment and recovery of individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.

Dr. Kifayat Ullah has represented Pakistan at numerous national and international conferences and has authored more than fifteen research publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. His contributions to scientific research and public health policy reflect his commitment to advancing healthcare practices both nationally and globally.
